S & H Public Relations
S&H Public Relations was founded by Sebastien Elkob and Carey Harris. Having both worked in the field of Hip Hop culture and entertainment since the 80’s, Sebastien and Carey came together in 2011 to use their many years of experience to promote up-and-coming Hip Hop artists. Both artists in their own right, they have also worked in almost every area of the entertainment business ranging from publicity and promotion to journalism and radio. With mainstream rap celebrities overshadowing lesser known, yet incredibly talented Hip Hop artists, Sebastien and Carey decided to use their knowledge and resources to provide a platform to artists who are seeking to be heard. S & H Public Relations is the result of this idea. In 2012, blogger/writer Élice Hennessee came on board to broaden S&H Public Relation’s focus by extending its services to “Urban” entertainment in general including music, film, books, and various other projects.
